Thank you for supporting Crystal Lake Creatives. We appreciate your support of our small business and take care in preparing and shipping each order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Processing times may be slightly longer during busy seasons, holidays, or special events.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders are typically shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or similar delivery services.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping conditions.

Local Pickup

Customers located near Wooster, Ohio may select local pickup at checkout when available.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at the studio.

Returns

Due to the nature of many of our items being handmade, artisan, or small-batch, most purchases are final sale.

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened candles or body products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem and may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. Crystal Lake Creatives is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
