• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the event may receive a credit toward a future class or event.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Policies may vary slightly for specialty workshops or private bookings and will be stated at the time of registration.

Energy wellness services offered at Crystal Lake Creatives, including Reiki and intuitive energy work, are intended for relaxation and personal wellness support.
