Refund Policy

At Crystal Lake Creatives, many of our classes, workshops, and wellness services have limited seating. We appreciate your understanding of the following policies when reserving your spot.

Classes & Workshops

Because supplies are often prepared in advance and space is limited:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the event may receive a credit toward a future class or event.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Credits must typically be used within a reasonable time period.

Wellness Services (Reiki, Energy Sessions, Sauna)

If you need to cancel or reschedule a wellness appointment:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or receive credit.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee.

Event Cancellations by Crystal Lake Creatives

Occasionally events may be canceled due to low enrollment, weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

If Crystal Lake Creatives cancels an event or service, you will receive the option of:

  • A full refund, or

  • Credit toward a future event or service

Retail Purchases

All in-store retail purchases are generally final sale unless the item is damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item from an online purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Special Events & Guest Workshops

Certain specialty workshops, guest instructors, or pop-up events may have different cancellation policies, which will be noted at the time of registration.
