Foot Soak Return & Refund Policy
At Crystal Lake Creatives, our foot soaks are handcrafted in small batches with care. Because foot soaks are a personal-care product, opened or used foot soaks cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
Unopened Products:Unopened and unused foot soaks may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:If your foot soak arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help make it right.
Return Shipping:Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we sent the incorrect product.
Refunds:Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Final Sale:Sale items, clearance items, and opened or used foot soaks are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
