Return & Refund Policy — Candles, Wax Melts & Room Spray Mists
At Crystal Lake Creatives, our candles, wax melts, and room spray mists are handcrafted in small batches. We want you to love your purchase, but because these are fragrance and personal-use products, we have a few guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Unopened & Unused Products
Unopened and unused candles, wax melts, and room spray mists may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
Opened or Used Products
For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, opened or used room spray mists are not eligible for return or exchange.
Candles and wax melts that have been burned, melted, or otherwise used are also not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Crystal Lake Creatives within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Fragrance Preferences
We want you to find a scent you love! However, returns or refunds are not available simply because you do not like or enjoy the fragrance after opening or using the product.
We encourage you to visit Crystal Lake Creatives in person whenever possible to smell our fragrances before purchasing.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent incorrectly.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Sale & Clearance Items
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
